Resident Artists
The current Resident Artists are Michael Fuller, Jill Langford, Krista Levy Odlin, and Krista Wells. Each member brings his or her individual esthetic and talents to create an exciting mix of work.

Michael, working on a painting of the weir at Partridge Island
Fuller has been painting for years, but only recently scaled down from theatre set painting to canvas. Still exploring styles and subject matter, he paints everything from dramatic skies to sensitive portraits.

Jill, caught in the act of doing some heavy research!
Langford’s beautiful and lyrical work is inspired by the sea. She layers strong, transparent colours of ink to explore pattern and texture, myth and magic. www.dancingbeggarsstudio.com

Krista Levy Odlin is sew busy!
Levy Odlin is a trained costume designer and brings those skills and a wonderful sense of both playfulness and sophistication to her creations. She has a fascination with re purposing found objects  which run the gamut from jewellery and bags to dresses and stuffed critters.

Krista Wells, finishing up a dog portrait commission
Wells describes herself as a storyteller, no matter what she is creating. She paints, illustrates, sculpts, creates mosaics and jewellery, and has published five dog-themed books, including Dog-eared Journals, art and observations from a dog living in Portugal. Her work is whimsical, colourful, and often smile-inducing. www.kristawells.ca
